The location of the property is very good,also in property is to much to do thing.staff very much good and the food also good. Apart for 1 staff, every person either hotel staff or ground staff was very good and very helpful. I really coming back to this property

A Truly Memorable Stay! My wife and I recently spent a week at the Grand Hyatt, Goa, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The resort is stunning—spacious, beautifully landscaped, and set in a truly picturesque location. Everything exceeded our expectations. We were warmly welcomed by Chandnan Bagli upon arrival, whose hospitality stood out right away. He generously upgraded us to a gorgeous sea-view room at no extra cost and personally showed us around. The room was spotless, spacious, and offered spectacular views—perfect for a peaceful getaway. The entire property is beautifully maintained, with quiet corners to relax and unwind. The pool area was a personal favorite—serene and relaxing. Dining was also a highlight, with a wide selection of fresh, flavorful dishes and excellent service throughout. What made our stay truly special was the personal touch. Chandnan kept in touch during our visit and thoughtfully arranged a surprise anniversary celebration with flowers, wine, and cake in our room — an unforgettable gesture. We were also looked after wonderfully by the housekeeping team, especially Priyaranjan and Suman. Their attention to detail made a real difference. We also had the pleasure of meeting Rahul and Sangeeta, who made us feel genuinely at home. Whether you're after rest, luxury, or a bit of both, Grand Hyatt Goa delivers on every level. We left relaxed, happy, and already planning our return. Highly recommended!

The property is top class. Grand and Majestic. The sea facing rooms are uniquely located. Overall upkeep is perfect. Check in was a very pleasant experience. We were met by Deepmala who welcomed us like no one ever has Deepmala was genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. She gave us her number and was helpful every time. The staff overall are very well trained helpful and courteous Housekeeping staff excellent The Breakfast Buffet was A+ Our dinner at Chula was most satisfying in taste and presentation All in all a super experience

The service was incredible - the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. We notified them in advance that our child had additional needs and Mridusmita went above and beyond for us. She arranged for us to have Riya as our butler, who was the kindest and sweetest soul. Nothing was too much of an ask - she went out of her way to ensure our son had everything he needed. And for us as parents to be at ease and comfortable. Riya and Mridusmita are one of a kind and we can’t thank them enough :-) we also had a great housekeeping team Sonu and Anand who put lovely surprises in our room which our son loved. The room was always so clean and well looked after. A beautiful 5* resort with stunning interior and facilities. The pool was always the perfect temperature and so well maintained as were the grounds. So much for the kids to do in particular the kids club, and we loved the italian and indian restaurants so much! We cannot recommend this hotel enough, everyone is so welcoming and we cannot wait to go back again (hopefully for a much longer trip!)

The level of service at this hotel was exemplary. The communication with the staff prior to arrival (especially Kreesha), was superb, and on arrival the hotel was very accommodating and flexible for our needs with young children and a grandparent with a disability. At all times there were helpful and friendly staff on hand to ensure our stay was fantastic, whilst the pool and other facilities were great for the children. The staff around the pool were brilliant, the young manager and his colleague Bishnu, were superb. The hotel is kept in fantastic condition, whilst the selection of restaurants and food at the buffet was really good, moreso the willingness to provide a dish outside of a la carte is always welcomed.
